     Social Movement: Environmental Awareness Poster

    For this project, I decided to opt for a topic that focused on our environment. I searched through my camera roll to find a picture of me enjoying being outdoors. The environment plays a massive part in my life and everyone around us, yet we do not take the right steps to keep our planet healthy. Coming from Tennessee in the mountains, and then moving to Oregon this past summer, I have a massive appreciation for the world around me. I am especially fortunate to be in Florida, which is where this picture was taken (the basketball courts on campus). This project took me about 3 hours of work and research to get the end result.

  Canvas Project: Odd World     This specific piece of art was created using dreamweaver. While brainstorming for what I wanted to create, I got lost and realized I had no idea what to go for. As I continued to battle with what would be original or not, my idea hit me. This semester, I have found myself lost in different thoughts and more distracted compared to usual, so I went with the idea of, "Odd World."  Internet and World Wide Web     We as a society have grown to rely and depend on technology to a great extent, but where did these come from? Are Internet and the World Wide Web different or the same thing? In the late 1960's, the first working prototype or form of working internet was created. The original purpose of the creation of the internet was for the purpose of being able to allow multiple computers to communicate under a single network.       This was started by the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network, funded by the U.S. military, but was later adopted by Robert Kahn and Vinton Cerf. These computer scientists created the first rue working form of the internet. Intro Blog Post- Jude Wilferth

    WELCOME TO MY BLOG FOR FMX 210-1 I am Jude Wilferth, I am a sophomore at University of Tampa, and I am currently enrolled in FMX 210-1. I am a psychology major from Chattanooga Tennessee, and I do not have a ton of experience with computer art and technology, therefore I am looking forward to learning and seeing what I can take way from this course.
